| A book by Juan Ribera Berenguer published in Spain, one
of many books in the series "Pop Idols". In this book you'll find 48 pages with
color and black&white pictures and a poster. The book is divided into 9 sections in
which the autor takes a glance through the biography of the group since they started in
their current formation, the influences on the group and on every one of the members.
Included are cards of every one of the band member with information such as birthdate,
hobbies, actual residence, etc... There are also sections which deal with the situations
which lead to the release of the 3 No Doubt albums, the problems with record companies and
an the consequences of their sudden succes. Finally there is a section in which every
member gives his/her view on topics such as fame, the "Don't Speak" video, love,
hate, Nirvana, the Spice Girls, Pop, etc... and a section with translations of some of the
songs on the Tragic Kingdom album and a
description of the songs on that album. This book contains pictures extracted from The Story Of No Doubt, several pictures taken at No Doubt concerts in Aqualung (Madrid), Zeleste (Barcelona) and el Palau d'Esports (Barcelona), pictures taken from others magazines, from the covers of singles and even from the Internet. |
