Hello all sorry about the arrogant look on my face i'd just been mucking about with my camera and ignore the beard i just shaved it off after the picture was taken. I live in London and unfortunately have never seen the GGD even though it's rumored johhny can walk the streets of London without being recognised i havent seen him. But be sure next time the GGD's tour ill be right at the front. I first heard an MP3 of "Aint it unusual" about a year and a half ago i then just had to find out more and got interested from then on. I've also learnt a few GGD's guitar solo's that in my own small opinion rock.Oh and iam 20 but i dont look it without the beard.

thought, at first, that it was a bit odd to built a webpage about only *one*
song - but I felt such a strong impulse: the song was like an anthem about my

now that i've seen how much IRIS has meant to so many people, i'm really glad

I have seen them 4 times live (one of which I flew 1/2 way across the country for), met John twice and Robby once, and I went to the VH1 Music Awards and they just happened to sit right behind me! "Name". I feel as if I'm not a true fan because I only started liking
them once they started getting airplay from "Name". But, I ended up
buying all their older stuff, and began to like it better than most of

rented City of Angels and heard Iris in the middle of the movie. I bought
the soundtrack right away, but didn't hear another Goo song until December
of that year, when I caught Slide and Name on the radio one night. I've
adored the Goos ever since. I'm proud to own every album, and if I had to
pick a favorite song it would be So Far Away. I've been to two Goo concerts
so far (7/16/99 in Phoenix, AZ and 11/14/99 in El Paso, TX, my former

hey man I've been a Goo fan ever since our band Blue Whale rehearsed in the same barn back in Buffalo, NY!!!!
it was a two room space and the goos wanted the "small room". I remember walking into the barn and feeling the walls shake.......
they were the coolest to us.......they had it back in the day and worked their asses off to get to this.........they had our town in a buzz every time they played a gig....you got high on the energy at every show.........that vibe just keeps happen........I moved to Florida (slacker) and caught the boys in west palm beach last September at coral sky....I laid a tape of the old Blue Whale stuff on "grinch" (aka Dave Shultz) before the gig, and the band played it on the tour bus!! We also did sushi and Dave's laundry.After the show we hung out and Robbie and I reminisced about how he engineered our early records and some of the good bands in town he recorded...John got mauled by fans..... Dave met this babe....Mike just was cool....Nathan is the shit.......it was like old times in Buffalo.......we wish them the best @ Grammy nite and in 2000........NEW RECORD.........YES!!!!!

Hi, my name is Gina. Im 20 years old. I went to the Shorline amphitheatre
to see the goo goo dolls for the second time. They were awesome. I started
to like the goos ever since " A Boy Named Goo" came out. The first time i
ever saw them in concert My sister and I got to go backstage because Bruce
the goo goo dolls bus driver asked if we'd get him cigarettes. We got to
hang out with Johnny, Mike, Robby and even Robbies wife. This was 3 years
ago. Then at the July 21st 1999 concert my sis, my boyfriend and I went to
see the goos for the second time. Because we made shirts that say goo goo
dolls on it and because we signed the levi's wall we got to be on camera then
on tv. Here is the pic of us before my sis and i left to see our favorite
band. The googoodolls are lucky to us because every goo goo dolls concert we
go to something awesome happens to us... I LOVE THE GOO GOO DOLLS!!

Hi! My name is Kevin, I live in Boston, MA and I am 27 years old. I have been a fan of the Goo Goo Dolls since 1990 and their music has been a big influence on my own songwriting. My older sister is a huge fan too. I have seen them in concert about 15 times, the last time being in Ohio last year. I have met them just about every time I have seen them (although nowadays it is getting harder to do so) and they have been really cool everytime... ..even George ::).
