Ye s we heard... NO ...Goo...Songs!! We ran into traffic. The traffic jam lasted all the way from CT to Philly...well, ain't that grand? We departed at 3:30pm, and arrived in Philly at 9PM. Well. geez, Louise, the Goo's set goes from like 7:30 to 8:30PM, hence the empty setlist for us! And that front row ticket we had meant to share between us? It turned out to be situated directly in front of where Robby's mic stand was! Bad karma...it was to have been our Goo show #13...not meant to be...

Here is the highlight of the evening for us:

DWG yells over the balcony overlooking the tour busses: "Mike, Mike!"
He turns & looks up.
DWG: "We missed your show!"
MM: "What happened?"
DWG: "Traffic!" Shrugs. Waves.
MM: waves back.

DWG: "Hey, Robby!"
RT: "HEY"
DWG: "We missed your show!"
RT: "No way!!"
DWG: "Traffic! ...Last night? The PEZ dispenser? Thank you, man!" ...Waves.
RT: waves back.

DWG: looks up to the heavens and lets it all out with a scream! ("Strung out from the road", as they say.)

DWG hugs GITG, and hands her the front-row ticket. GITG is taken to her seat a few songs into the Jovi set, and realizes where it would have been during Goo's set...directly in front of Robby
