Garth Brooks to Hold Press Conference in Chicago

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Dec. 17, 1997--

WHO: Entertainer Garth Brooks will hold a brief press
conference to discuss the 8 sold-out concerts he is
performing in Chicago (Oct. 21-26; Dec. 18-19); his
new album SEVENS (which has been no. 1 on the pop and
country album charts since its debut three weeks ago);
and taking questions from the media.

WHEN: Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, 5:30 p.m.

WHERE: The Skyline Room
in the Administration Building across from the North
entrance of the Rosemont Horizon

CREDENTIALS: In order to obtain credentials to attend the press
conference, all interested media should contact
Scott Stem or Maria Eckhardt at GB Management at
615/329-0166 before 12 p.m. (noon) central time on
Thursday, Dec. 18. No one will be admitted to the
press conference without being credentialed by
GB Management. All attendees must be on
assignment for a legitimate media outlet--no
freelance photographers or writers will be
admitted without an assignment.
