Robert told Paul Morley of NME, It was a really condensed incident, a rush of feelings that I'd found in myself had been watered down, mainly by playing in a group....One day I would I'd wake up wanting to kill somebody, the next day I wouldn't even bother getting up. It was awful, I was allowing myself to slip in order to write songs. I wasn't fighting it, whereas in everyday life you have to control those feelings. I was a really demented two weeks.
