I don't know if she ever came here, but Lauri Pitrola, otherwise known as Rushcreeke on the IM, passed away on the 10th.
She was a very dear friend of mine and many, and an avid Goober. She worked very hard to organize the get-togethers at the Buffalo area shows this summer as well as last. I know a lot of Goo Fans, and she was definitely one of the most devoted.
The world is going to be a little less bearable without her in it.
Please keep her husband, Tony, and her three kids in your thoughts and prayers.

I don't know her but her screenname is familiar. How horrible for her family.

I will definitely keep her family in my prayers.

I haven't belonged to the IM for a while now, but I do remember Rushcreeke. Sad to hear about her passing.
I feel so sorry for her family.
