Did anyone pre-order it?

I did, on October 26th and I still haven't received it and it's on my visa bill.

It's now December 11th. What is taking so long?

Where did you order it from?

I wonder if it takes longer because you're in Canada? Seems like it shouldn't take that long though.

Do you have any kind of customer service number you could contact and inquire about it?

Where did you pre-order it? If you did it through the official site's link on Skyroo, the only contact I could find is [email protected]

You should have it by now, espcially if you were billed on the 11/13 release date or earlier. If I buy things on a Canadian site (like amazon.ca) it will never take more than two weeks to get to me.

Thanks guys. You're right, I should've gotten it.

I emailed the customer service address and if I haven't gotten a reply. I'll call.

I got it 1 or 2 weeks ago, I live in the Netherlands and they sent it from Sweden. So I think you should have gotten it already.

I gotten an email back from a customer service rep. She was really nice about it too.

I was confused what something on my address was "OU" it means Out of the United States" So it wasn't a mix up in my address.

It's probably backed up at customs. She said if I don't get it by the 17th then to call back.

so much for "PRE"-order, the CD's been available in the store for a while now.
