Hey! I've been debating for a few years now whether or not to take a page out of our dear Robby's book and get red n blue streaks. Only thing is, I have no idea what product to use. My hair is very dark brown, almost black. I know MANIC PANIC hair color is good, and so is L'Oreal Colour Rays....

My question is...what does Robby use? Or, what's best for a dark-haired gal to use?

I'm looking for pinkinsh-reds, blues, dark purples....
anything vibrant!!

hey chica! �long time no hear from ya!!

i have no idea what Robby uses, but manic panic is a good one to use. . .if you want it really vibrant, you're gonna have to bleach it some first, then put the color on top of it. . .i warn you in advance, the color will fade quickly because it is semi-permanent. . .

blue will fade to green, red will fade to pink. . .i've been about every color under the sun (the perks of being a cosmetologist, i get my hair color for free!) and once you start, it's very addictive! �right now i've got hot pink strips in the front. . .if you keep reapplying it though, you'll build up a good base and it will start to fade less quickly. . .if you have any questions feel free to PM me! �;D

mandy! i miss you too! it's been too long! and thanks for all the tips, i'm majorly excited to experiment with different colors and such. ;D

i've used manic panic...and i found every week or week and a half, i had to apply more color because it faded. i have dark brown hair and bleached it completely out. of course i wanted my whole head purple, so once i was completely platinum from the bleach, i put the purple in.

it'll definately turn heads...especially if you do your whole head. haha the bright teal will really turn heads! :thumbsup:

manic panic is pretty good, i've never used it myself, but my friend did. . .he has a three tone mohawk. . .at one point in time it was red, yellow and orange, it looked just like flame!
