Anyone else having problems getting into their main site? I am supposed to buy presale tickets today and I cant even get into the website AT ALL! It keeps coming up that the page is unavailable???? I know there is a bunch of stuff about having a firewall, but I have been going to the IM with no problems until now...

HELP! My presale starts at 10!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Some other goo fans that i was talkin to on myspace said they were on the site last night and it kicked them off...

I tried to go on at around 1am, and it wouldnt let me in then either...

This is really bad, I need to go get ready for work, and i am afraid if i go get ready, that I will lose out on when the site actually does come up.

They better fix it quick, or i might have a nervous breakdown (its been a bad week lol)

I think that they might be having problems with their server or something.....with there being a problem like this I think that presales will be postponed.....my suggestion for anyone   wanting to buy tickets through presales is keep trying and the minute you get through thats when you buy the tickets....I was freaking out a little last night when I could not get on to......I thought that it was just my computer.....

I'm sorry, I am just very very mad.... I planned my day around this presale, and now i am probably going to miss out on it anyways.

Don't Panic Yet! CC were only given so many to sell for pre-sale. They can only sell that many - I don't think they can sell the ones reserved for the Goo club. Inner Machine sells through Inticket and have a guaranteed reserve number. Since no one can get on the site, no one has bought any yet.

Did you get it yet...
Goto tool/internet option.....goto privacy...then advanced hit all to accept.... then apply and ok
also goto start up menu and click your firewall option off

Someone on the AG board helped me right away, I did exactly what was needed to enable my cookies, went back to Inner Machine as fast as I could, and it said ADVANCE SALES OVER :'(

That's the 2nd time Ive been screwed out of pre-sale tickets that I joined Inner Machine - both MA & CT :'(

Thats awful. I had the same problem with my cookies too and i did whatever i could to fix it and it still didnt work....thank god my sister could get on so she did it for me....I owe her big. So i did the presale tix too for CT.

OMG ... I'm so sorry for you ...
There's hope that one of your local radio stations will be giving away tickets to one of the Goo Goo Dolls' concerts very soon ... after all, it is the hottest ticket of the summer!!  ;)  And hey ... if I hear of anyone looking to unload a ticket for either show, I'll let you know.
