Title: Confused about Meet and Greets/Presales Post by googoogirl87 on May 11th, 2006, 11:59am Hello everyone, I was out all day yesterday and didnt find out about the Pre-sale for the Pittsburgh show until just now. Apparently, it ended at 6 pm yesterday--does this mean I have no chance of getting pre-sale tickets at this point? Did I miss out on getting into the meet and greet lottery too? I'm so confused, if someone could give me some insight on how all of this works, I would REALLY appreciate it! Thanks so much, Audra |

Title: Re: Confused about Meet and Greets/Presales Post by DWG on May 11th, 2006, 12:49pm Hi Audra... I took a look at it for you just now. It looks like there are still pre-sale tickets available for that show, but not for the most expensive seats; they still have the next cheapest level available. The meet & greet things have not been announced yet, so as long as you are going to be at the show, you can still get into the drawing for that whenever they do it. It doesn't matter whether the ticket you buy is from the fan club or Ticketmaster, as long as you will be going to the show, you can get into that drawing if you're in the fan club. |

I mean I'm not saying your're wrong....cuz I'm not sure myself.... but I guess I was under the impression that the only way to register for M&G was to actually do a purchase thru the fan club.... |

Title: Re: Confused about Meet and Greets/Presales Post by collegegoofan on May 11th, 2006, 6:30pm my understanding of that is that you just have to have a ticket for the show and I didn't read anywhere on there where you absolutely had to buy tickets through the inner machine...whether you buy through the inner machine or through ticketmaster...it doesn't matter ----at least that is what I understood Shannon |

Title: Re: Confused about Meet and Greets/Presales Post by rzezniksangel on May 11th, 2006, 8:26pm This question was also posed on the Inner Machine board, and a member of the Goo staff said that it doesn't matter which way you buy your tickets, as long as you are a member of IM and have tickets for the show you want to register for, you can register for the meet & greet. Hope that clears up the question. ;D |
