I was just wondering If you have a chance of getting better tickets through ticketmaster or through the venue they're coming to. In St. Louis Mo it's UMB Bank Pavillian. I thought maybe you guys would have know from the past concerts. Thanks!! :) :) :)

I think it depends on the venue to be honest.

I'm a member of Keith Urban's fanclub. He was in East Lansing in February. The fanclub has a presale and the tickets were awful. Come to find out the venue held all of the tickets on the main floor ... except the back rows. If we would have known that we could have bought them through the venue instead of ticketmaster and gotten good seats. But that was the first time I've ever been in that situation before.

Try calling the venue you're interested in. Maybe they could be of help.

They all get their tickets from the same pool, I believe.

So in theory, you aren't going to get better tickets just because the venue doesn't sell as many as Ticketmaster does.

However, something you might wanna look at:

Ticketmaster has various service charges.

Venues usually don't, or at least are smaller.

Purchase the ticket at a venue if at all possible. Its always cheaper, unless the venue is far away.

Also, almost all fan clubs make no guarantee that pre-sale tickets will be any good.
