Title: Goo Goo Dolls On The East Coast!!! Post by Sarah on Apr 11th, 2006, 11:53am So I'm poking around reading Goo stuff at work (day dreaming about having them on the air and interviewing them) and I come across this: "That was strange, 'cause we always do really well here," added Rzeznik. "So we'll do a proper tour with maybe 15 dates. I've never been to Halifax, and I really want to go there." I know there's a few other Maritime fans around here, so let's all cross our fingers, toes, and eyes that they DO infact come out here this tour!! I'm originally from Ontario, so I would see them at all their Toronto dates... and I've actually been in a panic recently wondering how I was going to see them this time around now having moved. That means we're on their radar! That totally increases our chances of having them here. I'm going to write to whoever it takes to have them come out here. Ugh... I'm so hoping! |

I called their publicist this afternoon and told her there is a ton of interest in the band out here, and she said she'd follow up. She was very pleasant. They will be on the coast! I mean it! ;) |

I live in a town about 3 hours away from Halifaxs, the first town throught the causeway, Its called Port Hawkesbury.. you've probably heard the news about the mill and all..... AWSOME! if they come i guess i will see you there!! |
