There's a lot of negative feeling about this, isn't there? I don't feel the same, mind you, because I love the Counting Crows.

My biggest problem with this whole thing is that the Counting Crows have a fan club, which allows them to have access to exclusive pre-sales. As a Goo fan, if they allow a CC pre-sale, I'll be pretty pissed since I won't be able to get tickets early. I guess we just have to wait until we have confirmation on how the tour is going to work from the Goos....

I hate waiting.....

I kind of like CC, they're just OK to me. JMO. I guess it doesn't matter who they tour with as long as the GGD are touring! :-*

I don't like it either...but I guess it's good marketing. Most ppl are gonna look at this as 2 for 1 kinda thing.

nonono! Im positive goo is headlining, it said so in all the articles.. Who would want CC to headline? I dont care if i have to sit through them, goo's will do like 4 songs if there the openers. Goo is the finishing act ppl...

why would you think they'd headline and why would you want them to? �i've seen and heard almost nothing from them the past few years, where the goo goo dolls have (even without a new album) kept themselves around. you know, if you don' t like them it'd be better to go late to miss them and get a full set and encore from the goo goo dolls.

I AGREE! All the people that are coming for the openers will have the good seats, and the goo's will have to have a bunch of CC fans in the front if they all stay. It is totally unfair how they have pre sale access.. SOME THING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!! Lol...

I had 5th row tickets and backstage passes during that tour....*sigh*...oh the memories.

I'd take Tonic too....GA shows are the greatest, except when you're sitting outside for 8 hours in the torrential rains we get in Florida.

Do you think they will play all dates together? I'm thinking when it comes to the UK, goo's might just play. Last time they played, it was a pretty small venue, and i couldn't imagine CC playing a small venue over here. I wouldn't mind seeing CC tho, cause i quite like them!
I'm waiting for 3EB to play here aswell, but i doubt they ever will. :-/ Nearly got to see Sugar Ray, but sadly 9/11 happend, and they cancelled.

CC isn't headling, GGD isn't headling. They share the spot from night to night.

I'm just outside of Ft Lauderdale. I'm sure it won't be hard to get tickets, I'm just concerned in GA situations....if it's a weekday show, I can't go camp outside a venue and wait all day like I used to. Damn real job. I'm hoping that if they do come to FL, they play down this way....I don't think I can swing traveling for a show right now.

YEAAAH!!! I've been out of commission for a while (moving really takes away from your fun time), but I finally get settled and online to come back and hear that live Goo is on the horizon :woohoo: (WITH a fan club! :thumbsup: ). I'm so happy right now. I miss them.

i saw counting crows in 2003 and they are awesome live. i've often changed my opinion about a band after seeing them live, so you never know.

someone meantioned it'll be a shared headliner act. but whoevers headlining on a particular night will have the same stage time as the other band.

I'd say GGD and CC are about at the same level of popularity, considering the last concerts they had in my area were at the same ampitheater, both headlining shows.

Does CC have an album coming out? If so, who knows who'll be closing the shows? If not, GGD probably.
