I could make one but I don't know if that's legal ???

nmf....do you know if it's legal to make an mp3 of a clip? ......since it's off an unreleased album. I'll do it only if it's okay.

I remember that the Better Days clip was done that way, I guess its ok.

I really don't know about the legality. I ripped the Better Days clip but I don't know if it was really legal. I don't think it's a big deal since no one is going to not buy the song just because they have a 30 second clip.

What software are you using to rip the mp3? I see you've been making a few lately.

clips, that go for a certain length, say 'X'seconds are usually ok, and its for personal use.

but once you use it for something like a presentation, you have to ackowledge it

if you use a whole song, or for more than 'X' amount of seconds (say more than 30 seconds) i think you need written concent to use it, or pay royalties or seomthign

that isnt exact but its something on the lines of that....

its not like you guys are not going to buy the album and listen to the 30 second clip for the rest of your life!

I like the part of the song when it sounds like hes singing with someone else (robby?) or that miught just be an overlay voice....

i hope its robby singing

I've been using this great freeware program called audacity. It records whatever is being played and you just export it as an mp3 or wav file.
