Anyone (Nicole  :D) know if a Goo song was ever featured in an X-Files episode? For some reason I remember hearing a song (I think a "Robby" song) was in an episode.

Anyone know which song and which episode?

I don't think so. We've been watching a lot of X-Files here lately, and came across some unusual background music selections, but never heard any Goo.

Hmmm, ok, let's see if anyone else knows for sure. I have an X-Files soundtrack that has some "unusual" music on it, Foo Fighters, Nick Cave, Frank Black... - I love it.

PS I LOVE your SSCW siggy pic. I just love that guy �:D

haha!  i miss our X-Files thread!

to my knowledge, Goo has never had a song on the X-Files . . .although it would have been really cool if they did. . . ;D

You've got me on this one, Denise.  I can honestly say I've never seen a single episode of X-Files...

There are, however, a handful of video files that were made by fans that are set to Goo songs.  I've seen those floating around the internet.

yeah, there are plenty-o-videos set to Iris, then i found this icon of XF from Redux II that has lyrics from Iris on there. . .pretty cool. . . �;D

Yeah, there weren't any Goo songs in the series, as much as I can remember. And I found a site (http://allthingx.com/info/music.php) that lists all of the songs from the show, which doesn't have any Goo songs listed either. But it would've been cool. ;)

(I could probably find you some of those aformentioned shoddy fan vids though! :P)

I know...  I don't think I can properly claim my title of 'science and engineering nerd' without a little knowledge of the popular sci-fi shows.  I feel shame...

Never saw an X-Files episode? Too bad, great show (although I did lose interest after Mulder left the show)...Please tell you've seen at least one "Buffy"....

Don't know why, I have it stuck in my head that Amigone was on an X episode. I guess it's another urban legend...I'm starting to think I'm dreaming up these Goo references..LOL...

No X-Files, but I was a religious Buffy watcher for most of the time it ran.  I think I stopped watching senior year of high school when I started working most nights.  Same for Angel.

The closest show I can think of having a Robby song was Charmed (hey, sorta sci-fi).  I think the opening credits of the episode the Goos played had January Friend.

Go Buffy - I love that show...And Angel too. Now I watch "Bones" to get my Boreanez fix.

You should definitely check out the X-Files, it was really good, especially the earlier seasons, SPOOKY... And there's not much good on TV these days, unless you like Reality shows - which I hate.

David Boreanaz.... mmm... my sisters and I worshipped him a long long time ago.  As a joke, we bought my youngest sister a life size cut out of him as Angel.  He hangs out in our spare room/guest room/painting room and apparently terrifies the girls who live across the street that can see him peering out the window.

But yeah.  David Boreanaz is from Buffalo.  And the Goos are from Buffalo.  See what I did there?  We're on topic again!   :D
