Make sure your pictues are hosted somewhere like Photobucket, Imagestation or Imageshack.

Once you upload the picture to a host site copy and paste the url here. It should look like this ... [*url]www.yourimageaddress.com[/url*] Just take out the * when you do it. I had to add it in so the little red x box didn't show up.
