Hope I'm on the right part of the board for the discussion - but I have to share my Gooey surprise.

My fiance' gave me the Sounds of the Season CD and an Italian charm bracelet - which I've been asking for........... and the first charm he put on it is

a little, tiny, best gift in the world link of THE DREAM!!!

:cucumber: :carrot: :pepper: :nanner: :woohoo:

Now I can continue my obsession in wearable form!!! Santa's great!

What did anyone else get that says GOO?

I actually got my first Goo gift ever this holiday. My sister's fiance gave me the LIB dvd as part of my Christmas/birthday present. He thought I didn't have it and only had the cd. So instead he said he'd use his 'connections' (used to be in a Buffalo band and has worked with some of the same companies/venues and currently owns a print shop that prints for a ton of local bands/venues that know the Goos) to get me some random Goo present like something autographed. If my sister wasn't marrying him, I would... ;)

M friend Sara some of you might remember her as coloradogo, she gave me something gooey this year. An only one trade add and she even put it in a frame.TOO COOL! Heres a pic. This is actually the first picture I took with my totally awesome digital camera that santa brought me,lol.

Awww...those are all great "gooey" gifts. I didn't get someththing specifically "gooey" but I did get an iPod....which I immediately loaded with Goo songs!! ;D Though I can't seem to get off of Better Days....both the radio and acoustic versions...which I just keep listening to. LOL

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Hannakuh, Happy Kwanza, Happy Solstice......and other other significant days you are celebrating this week (probably some birthdays out there too!! ;) )!!

Well... I got PEZ, which was inspired by Robby, so that is somewhat gooey. I also got a Creative Zen micro mp3 player and I tried to put Better Days acoustic version on it. so far, I have not been able to put any songs on it. :( I read te directions, but it won't work. If anyone here knows how to do it, can you please tell me?

WOW those are all awseome Gooey gifts! I got The Les Paul cd with *you know who* i got the, "Freddy's Dead" soundtrack, and i got the Target Holiday cd w/Better Days, then i got another Goo Shirt and The Dizzy Necklace!! So that's about all the Gooey stuff i got!!!

If you got the song from iTunes then it is probably in that format...the iTunes/iPod format (.m4p)...so it won't work on other mp3 players. Sorry about that. When you save your songs, from your own CDs...if you are saving them in iTunes, save them as mp3's not as "m4p" files..that is the format that iTunes are in....and they won't play on regular players. mp3's will.

I hope that makes sense.....and maybe helps a little.

i got DUTG ...it's my second copy, my mum noticed my old one is getting a tad...overused...so she got me a new copy ;D...i also got a couple of Goo Tab Books for guitar....o and my main gift which was a Guild GAD-50 acoustic guitar- obviously inspired by Mr Rzeznik :D

They are all mp3's. I actually did manage to get some songs on, but now when I try to put songs on, it says, "Error: Either your player is not connected or it is busy." it was definitely connected. I don't know what is wrong! ??? Thanks for the tips, though. Now I will know not to try to get my songs from iTunes!
