Denise,
The show is too long to post.  It's like 40 minutes and the only way to upload it in a reasonable amount of time is to make the file really low quality.  I refuse to put out low quality copies of live songs, because they sound like crap.

To record internet streams, I use Cakewalk Pyro 2003 (but you can probably find free software to do the same thing).  I plug a cable from my headphone jack to my input on my sound card and just push record.  The way I do it is easy, but you have to be very patient.  You can't hear the stream being recorded and you have to guess when it's done.  Also, the recorder will record ANY noises coming out of the headphone jack, including those annoying clicks when you open new websites, so you have to just push record and walk away.

Ok, I recorded the show when they re-aired it Monday night.  I don't know what they cut out from Monday morning but they did play Black Balloon twice and didn't play Better Days.  nmf016 uploaded Better Days so I got that and added it and took off the 2nd Black Balloon.  Enjoy!!!
