Metal Blade were selling it on their site around 1999. Stock ran out towards the end of the year, or some time in 2000 I think.

yeah, but they stopped making first release a loooooooooooong time ago.

I got my first release fom metal blade in like April of 99. I paid a whopping 13 dollars for it. I think they stopped selling it after that.
