I haven't seen this posted anywhere else so I thought I would mention it here. The Goo Goo Dolls and Melissa Ethridge will be doing a show at the House of Blues in LA on October 15th to benefit the City of Hope and Breast Cancer. It was confirmed today and has been advertising all over the station since then. You can go to STAR 98.7 website and read about it now. Tickets for EIP listeners go on sale Friday and to the general public on Saturday. I am so there......................

that would be an awsome show...THERE LIKE MY 2 FAVORITE PEOPLE!!!! who knows, maybe they'll record a song together for The goo's or melissa etheridge's new album...hopfully.. because she has a new album coming out in october, and the goo's have a new one coming out too..THAT WOULD ROCK!! thanks!

omg my best friend and i are sooooo going to that show!! i can't wait for the tickets to go on sale. yaaayy i'm so excited. i haven't seen a goo show since new years last year at pachanga! ;D

noooo Tickets are going to be 150 dollars........i think they give you a few snacks before the show...after all its a benifit but I dont have 150 dollars to use on a unplanned concert. I'm really disapointed i thought i would be able to go for certain & bring all my friends (finally) to get them to see what a ggd show is like but no one would do it for 150 dollars!!!AHHHHwere freakin loaned out college students for crying out loud. Good for those who go who have the money its such a good cause.
Plus i'd be DEATH:beatup: to fight it out for the floor space w/ the Melissa Ethridge fans.... I went to the rock for choice concert with Sarah McLachlan/MelissaEthridge/Bangles/PaulaCole 5? years ago @ the Palladium and it was HUGE HARD CORE WOMEN so hard core ...is the fan base. they're tough! the tickets for that were 45 dollars not so bad... anyway. i'll be stoping now. :-X :-/
