BTW..Brian wilson is HORRIBLE..lmao..that guy's voice is like nails on a chalkboard!

i'm watchin'! the guy who sang the song about louisiana and "they're tryin' to wash us away," was friggin' awesome. i got the chills! did not like that Jewel song though. . .my question, where is the Goo?! i'm started to get all antsy. . . ;D

Yay!!! Go goo! Man..that just makes me miss 'em even more...o yeah..for those that taped it..they came on around 9:50 central time...And they were awsum! Johnny looks amazing!

Just caught them, have been waiting since 8pm patiently...

They performed "Give A Little Bit" 8)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, they looked beautiful and sounded great :thumbsup:

I taped it, I yelled, I jumped up and down, I sang along :nanner:

John said at the end of the song, "Do the right thing..." meaning to help out and donate, was so sweet hearing him say that :love:

Wow!it was great they all looked realy nice,now i'm not picking here but is it just me or has Mike put on a little weight?i mean if he has that's good becuase he was like a toothpick,i like Mike's hair it looked really good and his shirt was pretty cool!John's hair looked great as usual,not so DUTG either.Robby his hair didn't look to much like dredlocks to me.Which is good in my opinion.Greg was doing a really good job on the guitar.they all looked great in their black suits,i saw Jason perform with Green Day! :nanner: he lookes happier when performing for Goo though!that other guy who hopefully is only replacing Jason temporarily sucked!he did not do good with the keyboard but that's just me!it was great i really didn't catch what Johnny was saying at the beginning my mom and i were squealing really loud!
I knew that guy(that was talking to Eminem)was using the word Give a lot so i knew they had to be coming up soon,Bon jovi gave me a really bad scare early on in the concert with that hair,white tank top and cargo pants!
at first my mom and i thought he was Johnny and then it clicked with us and we realized it wasn't,then we got really mad,and then we laughed really hard!
But overall it was great!there was a girl in the background she was grinning up a storm!

I'm glad to hear they looked and sounded good. I am so happy that they are part of that concert. It makes me proud to be a fan! :-*

Am I crazy or did they omit "see the man with the lonely eyes..." verse. Maybe they had to make it shorter to fit in all the acts. OR, in true adorable Johnny style he skipped a verse? He was smiling an awful lot, maybe he flubbed! Who cares! They were awesome. His hair, which in the Milller brew-ha pix was questionable, is definitely hot and not too short! Although I am truly a Johnny fan, I wish that Robby got more camera time. Glad he didn't have the dreads. I didn't even recognize Mike and questioned if that was really him. Why don't they just go ahead and make Jason and Greg full fledged Goos!

Ahh, it's all GOO-d. Just a nice fix to wait for the new single...which is amazing from what I've heard.

YIPPEEE!!! is all I can say (big smile on face). I'm gonna sleep well tonight and hope I dream Goo.

MARC BROUSSARD IS AMAZING!!! He's from Carencro, LA. His latest CD is actually called "Carencro"! He's awesome and he's amazing live. "Home" is such a good song, but it must've been hard for him to play it tonight. I think a lot of people are just starting to find out about him, very talented guy at such a young age. It was awesome to see him on TV tonight, but just wish it could've been for something other than this tragic event! And the Goo Goo Dolls were awesome tonight as usual!!!!! John seemed to be full of energy and didn't look tired at all, which is always nice to see!!!! Robby and Mike were rockin' out as usual too :D Wow, I'm in some major need of Goo. LOL. Can't wait until the 20th :) HeHe... Great to see Greg too!!!!! Did everybody see Jason when they showed Green Day?!

Oh man I thought it was awssome. I loved it.
I recorded it into my dvr. I even recorded the Good Charlotte performance too. I love the song they did.

Wow...that was almost 11 here. I missed it. I was snoring by then. I did see Jewel and Bon Jovi's performance. Sad I missed Goo though.

Jason is on tour with Green Day right now.

I taped the whole thing....unfortunately missing the first hour and a half because like a dumb-a** I turned off my cable box. �Came home around 9:30 for a minute, and flipped it on...went back out. �Watched what I taped today, and was very upset to see that when the timer cut off at 11 last night, the show wasn't over. �I did get to see Goo, and was very very very happy about that. �They were awesome. Just a little to keep the Goo withdrawls at bay. I'm just upset that I missed Good Charlotte. �:-/ Oh, and yes, Marc Broussard is incredible!! I was so happy to see him on there as well.

But I managed to watch it on the MTV broadband site just now, so I'm not as gutted as I would have been otherwise... They definitely rocked the place, it was great fun to watch!! They didn't show much of Robby, that's my only gripe - I wanted to see the dreads in action!! ;D But at least we all got to see them looking very sharp in their suits. :bowdown: :bowdown:

Thanks for the info about Jason. I wonder if he'll tour w/Goo next year? Hope so...

I wouldn't worry about missing it, knowing MTV and VH1, they'll probably play an encore. Over all the performances we're really good...sometimes emotional :(

At least you got to see the best!
