So... is it wrong that I uploaded the song clip onto my iPod and it's on repeat?  :-/

And Shannon, I don't buy songs on iTunes unless it's Goo.  Bought GALB and will be compelled to buy this one as well I'm sure.

I knew something had to be up when I saw how many of you were logged on! The song is ASTOUNDING! John sounds incredible.... so much strength in his voice! Do they realize how bad they are killing us.... with this little tease of a clip? It's soooo GOOd to see the board hoppin again. I can't wait for all the music from this cd. We have GOT to commit all of ourselves to pull our weight and slam those damn charts with requests when it comes out. AND .... if this is the album art... I LOVE IT! I think it sounds awesome. Its really refreshing, sounding a little different from previous singles which i think is so fantastic, its a really haunting moving sorta song. Do u guys think that the clip is the chorus?

Swarovski, I agree with you about the touch of U2 in there....the echoing guitar is reminiscent of a lot of what The Edge does.  I'm really really curious and anxious to hear the REST of the song!

This song is going to be awesome!  After a few times listening to it, the song sounded better and better each time.  I really love the beat and sound of the guitars.

I of course love it and am making everyone in my office listen to it. one friend made a comment and I have to agree. Anyone else think is sounds a bit like a Christian Rock song?  It just had that tone/vibe to it IMHO.

I actually got that impression a little bit too, mostly from the lyrics and that whole "forgiveness" thing.
Then again, it might just be the sample of the song that gives that vibe... who knows.
I'm excited to hear the whole thing nonetheless. :D

Someone somewhere said it's 'better than Iris'.  Well, I hope so, because I don't think Iris would make it if it were released today.  Music appeal is a bit different these days.  I hope the rest of the song is better.  And I hope the rest of the album has a bit more rock to it.  I'm still waiting for Superstar Car Wash 2.

Wow..after Katrina, no power for 4 days, today is DEFINATELY a better day for me! And I'm officially IN LOVE with this new song!..I've been listenin to this clip on repeat for an hour and 15 minutes! I love the strings and the piano riffs..ahhhhhhhhh..I can't wait for the new CD!
