I know what you mean. I like it simply because I LOVE :daydream: John's voice but that song is so firmly attached to Bono that it's hard to hear it with a completely unbiased mind.

I do like it because I like Johnny's voice. BUT...I think he's actually a little too clear...not gravely enough. Maybe they should have recorded it either first thing in the morning or late at night after a full day of smoking... :hahaha:

You can find the clip on www.circuitcity.com in a different format. Maybe that will work better for you.

wow john sounds so cool cant wait to hear the full song...but i hope he still has a bit of gravel in him so the album has sum gravelly rock vocals!! but his voice is still good clear :D

That really is incredible. Absolutely love that song anyway and yes it's Bono's song but boy, John singing it was hauntingly beautiful. Have been really looking forward to hearing what it would sound like and from the clip, it's even better than we anticipated. Amazing.

Already have the cd on pre-order for this track and Richie's one and now we're even more impatient waiting for it to arrive!

NICE. very nice. i'm a u2 loving fool, and this song is one of my favorites of theirs, so i don't know that i love it...but i could learn to. :)
