OMG, I'm so excited! My friend Erin, who lives near Milwaukee, she won 2 tickets from a radio station contest and she's taking me!

i have no idea how long they are expected to play.

Bon Jovi was the first band announced, and then the Goos were added and supposedly, there's a 3rd band that will be announced sometime this month. (no 3rd band has been announced just yet)

LOL I wish I was going to be close like I was at Dearborn! Fat chance there! Only the employees of Miller brewing company get to be that close! They'll be on the field, where as the rest of us will be up in the seats. oh well... i'm there! that's what mattes!

shannon, i'll TRY to report back as soona s I can! the concert is August 20th, but I won't be home until August 22nd. So... as soon as I can, I'll try! :D

And are the tickets with assigned seating????

I hate the thought of it not be assigned seating and all those ppl just rampaging into the stadium to see the show!! Sounds very dangerous to me.

There were(there still may be) some tix on sale at ebay that I saw. Only problem, I would not be paying that kind of money to go to a concert that is FREE. I am still working on getting tix, it is fate I tell ya, I have to win them!!!

OMG, I'm going too!!! I told ya'll it was fate!!! A local tv station was having a contest at the state fair, the 1st 100 people to get in line by 11 am, had to sing part of their wake up song.This morning I drove to pick up my friend, I was running late and so was she, then we kept getting stuck behind slow drivers. We had to quick stop and grab somthing to eat because neither of us had breakfast. We had decided to take a bus, rather than drive in the crazy traffic, so we made it to the bus just on time, we sat down and about a min. later we left the parking lot. When we got there we were the 55th and 56th person in line. Met some really cool people, sang the song later(made a fool out of myself) and got two pairs of tix. I am so excited. Not to mention, the weather guy was really hot!!!;) From what I heard I was shown on the news. BTW, everyone was wearing Bon Jovi apperal, while I was supporting the GOO'S!!! I knew it was going to be hot also, so I had brought along the now infamous GOO FAN!!! I got so many compliments on that fan.(thanks PRYDE) Sorry I am blabbling, I am so excited!!!!

WOO! Me too! I'm flying all the way from Austin, TX! (Not specifically to see Goo.. I'm catchin up with family and friends...) I think the craziest thing I've ever done was drive from Milwaukee to Buffalo to see Goo for the DVD.. but now that I look at it, there was nothing crazy about it... I met them!

Probably wont meet them this time around..But my friend called me today to tell me he had won tickets .. and I just happened to have scheduled a week hiatus from my real life to spend time in brew-town! I'm going to be in section 203.. way in the outfield.. I plan to get plaaaaaaaaaaastered!

Wonder if they'll let me carry a poster in?
