Hey guys i was just wandering did any of you get the chain that was shown on the Pewter Necklace on the Goo site???? Cause mine came with a dog tag like chain????? ???

I got mine back in '02 at one of the concerts. It is the chain with the "big beads"... sorry to hear yours is not! :-/ That kinda bites...

Im glad u have got yr necklace, i wont be able to get mine as i have said in the 'goo store' thread. The reason i really wanted to get that necklace was for the beautiful chain (aswll as goo writen on back of rose)- if u havent got that than theres no guarantee that i will get it either, i would be mad if i got a dog chain instead of the beaded one cos that would mean they advertised it falsly and plus i have to order (well if i could) with extra charges cos i live out oF USA, and i would atleast wantthe product i ordered.
Sorry if im talking too much about it...

Hey YoursGOOLY, are you talking about the kinda big beads like that necklace that Johnny has cuz if so that totaly sucks!!!!!

Wow, was this on the Gutterflower necklace?? My Gutterflower necklace came with the big beads chain but my DUTG necklace (the round washer type one) came with the smaller dog tag type chain.

i ordered it too.. thinking it was the pink beads, i got the long dog chain, so i went out and bought a different chain and switched it.. they should say something on the site and/or change the photo

yeah, its pretty obvious the difference in chain, I think what might have happend is that they have the chains packed seperatly, and the person who put the order together just grabbed 'a chain'. Perhaps a friendly email may fix the problem.

I know i was looking forward to that chain.. no my chain and necklace came in the same lil plastic zip-bag....
I wonder why that is... like the necklace shouldnt be 12 bucks (after S&H) if its not what it actually appears on the site.

yeah, perhaps they pack it into the zip lock bag?

I got the washer one, just to hang somewhere. I didn't think i would ever wear it... after realising there are 'hearts' on it... i wont wear it! lol

***Notice how the chain covers the hearts on the washer one...lol

I ordered mine in 2002 as well and got the big beads, although I would of prefered the dog chain because the other one looks a little too bulky to me.
