He went out last night and bought Supertramps cd with GALB on it... he said he can't stand listening to the Goos' version and wanted to hear the 'real song'! :P You all are welcome to come throw eggs at him, just make sure I'm not standing nearby!

if you ask me the lead singer in supertramp sounds like a woman!seriuosly i did think it was a woman til my dad said,no ,Amber that's a man singing!

personally, i like both versions. . .but i think Goo did the song justice! ok, i've only got like 2 eggs and you never know when you might need eggs so will toilet paper do? ;D

What?! I definately like the Goo's version of GALB better. It's more upbeat and better to sing along/dance to. What is your husband thinking?!?! :o

My husband teases me about how much time I spend on the boards concerning Goo. He keeps telling me he's going to start a site for "Husbands of Goo Goo Dolls Fans"! At least with him I know it's all in fun.

Ask your husband why he thinks the Goo Goo Dolls version did so much better on the charts than Supertramps since John since such a "bad" job on it.

My husband should know better than to say anything even sort of negative about the goos to me!!!! He knows how much I just adore them!!!! Besides, payback isn't sweet ;)
