I can totally see why Kelly O. would not like Johnny.
Her idea of Rock N Roll and good looking is that smelly ugly guy she was "In Love" with...the guy from the USED. John Couldn't be more different from that guy!

I can't remember if Bert was kelly's boyfriend or not. I think he is the lead singer, not sure though. He hung out with Kelly at the Osbourne house and they all remarked how he wouldn't shower and how he was smelly. I guess that is the way Kelly is too. She doens't care about bathing. I love Avril, my hubby and I saw her in Toronto last year and we would go again in a heartbeat. One of the best things about her concert is that everyone is less than four feet tall so your view is not obstructed. I think John and I were the tallest folks there.

But the Goo Goo Dolls r so gr8.. to all of us on this msg board the goo's music means alot and that's what we should remember..

People say alot of things... but we all know that John's lyrics and the goo's music is gonna exist forever as long as there r goo fans and her remarks will be 4 gotten 2 morrow. �

So 4get her and pop in the goo cd and enjoy....

and I happen to like The Used.. they're very entertaining.

But that doesn't give her a reason to say such rude things about John. If she ever saw him she'd probably drool all over him. Stupid twit.

Yep, that's Bert alright, and he's definitely the lead singer. I just didn't make the connection as to whom Kelly "O" was at first? I never connected "O" with Osbourne. I thought she was some new chick? :thinkin: That all flew right over my head, but then again, it doesn't take much to confuse me these days! :hahaha:

I really like "The Used," and all the guy's are really cool! Kelly has some real nerve dissing John and Avril! As if she's ever written anything substantial. ::)

Kelly seems like a very unhappy, envious person. Didn't she also have something against Christina Agulaira? She's one of those who have to cut other people down to her level to feel better about herself. What a sucky existance :P

She basically hates on all "pop" stars because she's so "punk." I think that's part of her appeal. Her complaining and grudges against all the hot stars supposedly makes her and those who listen to her a rebel.

I don't think that's a legit comment. Neither Kelly NOR Avril are real artists. Kelly's just a socalite, and Avril's just a wannabe. Watered-down "punk" was never "edgy".

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that John was working with Avril...aurg.

But, John has more credibility than those two COMBINED, so it's all good. He knows what guitar notes are. ^_^

umm...not to put a damper on the excitement here but i think maybe some of you are reading too far into this. it really shouldn't matter what she said. if she thinks that John's a bad idol, or what have you, then she's entitled to her opinion...and before you think well, then i have the right to share my opinion without you bashing it, i want you to know i'm not. i'm just sayin, maybe some of you are a lil caught up in what she said when it should have no effect on you other than disagreement. as long as you love the guys, wtf does it matter what Kelly Osbourne said? who is she to get you so riled up and defensive about a stupid comment? some of you guys are calling her a bitch and whatever else...it's a lil uncalled for if you ask me. don't get me wrong, i don't agree with her about John.
if she were in charge of promoting the Goos, then, yea, that's something to delve deeper into because she's bias but not in this kind of situation. i'm sorry if i pissed anyone off when i said this but it's true.

I don't know ... my whole take on this is that I don't really give two sh**s what Kelly Osbourne has to say. Why do people really care about her opinion? I don't take anything she says to heart. She has no influence on my opinion so it just doesn't matter to me what she says or thinks.

it appeared, i believe, in a rolling stone article. (that's where i remember reading it.) like WAY last year. it's pretty old news, and i was surprised that it came up again after all this time.

The ironic thing about this is Kelly said that in Rollong Stone and then was hanging out with Avril like they were best friends at the MTV Music awards that year.
