Hey everyone :)

Just wanted to share this news with you....

As you may know it was Lou's birthday yesterday and so Nic requested GALB for her on the Ben Jones show on Virgin Radio. He e-mailed back, asked for our phone number and we then spent the whole evening waiting for a call.... it never came.

However, we've had another e-mail from Ben this morning saying he didn't get our phone number in time and that "I'll have to do it tonight" so it looks like it's gonna happen!! �

Ben is on between 7 and 10pm (UK time) and can be listened to on www.virginradio.co.uk � We'll keep you posted! � :nanner: :nanner:

Well, we've both just recorded our request for the show tonight so we're definitely going to be on, just hope we sound ok and not in the state of shock that we felt! lol

Its a great show any way but now i know ther will be a bit of goo on there i'll definately be tuning in..

lol you both sounded fine to me...and way to spread the Goo! Oh I'm so excited to hear them on the radio here ;D :nanner:

Although I would kinda prefer to hear a GOO song, as opposed to a cover...well one step at a time I guess...

Well it was kinda strange hearing yourself on the radio lol It was great to hear GALB again and extra special for the dedication.

You're right Lea, take one step at a time - we're getting there slowly but surely!

The one they broadcast was the second "take" - the first one had us saying how we'd love to see the Goos in the UK more and Ben agreed, saying it's the same with Matchbox Twenty (another band we love!)

Anyway - we're pretty happy bunnies right now and will no doubt be smiling for the rest of the evening!

Wow, that's so cool!! I missed it, I was watching a film - work avoidance is a terrible, terrible thing, especially when the deadline is tomorrow...I mean today - EEK!! Panic, me?!

Anyway on a related (and cool) note, "Iris" just got played on Radio 2. My housemate just busted on up to let me know and tuned my decrepit radio!! It sparked a debate about which film it came from, so I emailed to enlighten them and also said about gALB and LIB - fingers crossed she mentions something, a free plug would be nice!!

OK, back to work.... :(
