most prized Goo Goo Dolls item ? I will start......
mine would have to be a can of "superstar car wash" polish that was offered as a promotional item back in 1993. Very cool item, and very hard to find....who's next.

i don't know how rare, but i'd say my signed poster that was sold for the benefit of 911 and a signed drum head i won in an aids benefit auction.

most prized though are probably my memories of seeing the band live, especially the 3 times i was standing right up front.

Even though I have been a fan for a very long time, I am just beginning a collection shrine. This may sound cheesy, :D, but so far, its being here, relating to goo fans, because there aren't many "true" fans here were I live. I am on this site several times a day --- I just love u guys. :D :D :D

Well, it may be rare to some people, but my copy of 'Hold Me Up' was imported from Japan and it comes complete with a booklet of Japanese lyrics. That's the rarest Goo item I have. Maybe I'll post a pic one of these days.

It may sound quite pathetic, but that's the best that I've got.

I have no idea... i have some vintage Goo shirts, a couple of the Dizzy necklaces, a First release, my Storyteller's ticket, signed setlist from a concert, some import and promo cds, i have a pretty healthy collection of Goo memorabilia.

i have a pic johnny handed me in the front row at the colorado state fair show in 2000. i also have a set of the "broadway" postcards that i won from 'the daily goo' back in the day.

I don't have much. Other than the pics I took, I guess the rarest is a Goo playing card from ABNG era. But I doubt its very rare.

hmm, probably my First Release Vinyl and Only One Promo Vinyl I won at the AG charity drive auction and my crying baby t-shirt...and well it's not rare and it's not really ggd...just the pick Robby gave me at a concert, it's just a normal pick with a turtle on it lol, it's cute. I have a lot of other ggd stuff that could be considered collectables ...sadly I've been thinking of selling them cause I need the money.

UUUMMMMM.........I think my most prized possesions is something my mom made for me for Christmas.
It's a snowglobe with two gooey pics one side is the cover of LIB and the other side is just one of those pics where they're sitting on the bed in that room with the really old looking wallpaper i think it's from gutterflower.
It's special to me cuase you can't find it in any store!

I don't have it, but I bet someone does ... where ever it was that Johnny said he shoved his soakin wet underware after the LIB show... somebody's got the most desired underPANTS right there I tell ya!!! LOL where was it the tax accesor or the Mayor's desk or something , I'll have to go back and listen, he said he put them in the desk draw....too funny � �:hahaha:

damn, some of you have some hardcore rare stuff, like fuelies 1988 shirt, and some of you with vinyl stuff!

Slide - Promotional Single

Guitar - signed by the band, each of them twice (youve seen the photos) - they singed the pic guard, but it had removable plastic on it, so they signed the body, two sets of signatures on one guitar! :P

I'm glad you're here. I wanted to go look at your site. It occurs to me that I don't know very much about Mike and I really should find out more stuff. He seemed really cool in LIB and it made me decide that I had to find out some more about him...

Some other things that I have in my collection are a couple of promo photos from 87, the 8 foot wet seal banner and a guitar that belonged to John.

but the other day goo was in the newspaper in australia, just a small pic about 3cm! hehe. I put it on my wall of course.

and a boy named goo is my most treasured goo thing because that is my favourite cd in the world.

i've got a couple of things; the best autographed thing i own is a magazine with a review of EOAC i won from a daily Goo. . .then my friend gave me one of my most prized Goo things. she got it from a second hand store for $5.98. . .a pomotional copy of ABNG!! the CD is pink and green, the inside cover art is different and on the front in gold letters it says: FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY. SALE OR OTHER TRANSFER IS PROHIBITED. MUST BE RETUNRED ON DEMAND OF RECORD COMPANY. as if i'm really gonna return it. . . ;D

Somewhere rolled up safely in a poster tube in my closet is one of those gold tone ABNG posters. Other than that....I probably don't have anything really rare...other than the trade ad that John & Robby signed, along with my backstage pass w/Mike's initials on it in a frame on my wall. Then of course there are my pics of me with John & Robby from the last time I got to meet them.

I've got Jed on vinyl that's signed by Robby, Johnny, and Lance Diamond, that's pretty rare I think. LOL, when I asked Robby to sign it, he nearly fell over! ;D Lance was pretty surprised to see it, too :)

That's about it, though.... Sold most of my collection to help pay for grad school :-/ but it was time to move on and let other people enjoy those things for awhile. I've still got the sentimental stuff, signed pictures and picks and wristbands from shows.... The memories are the most valuable things, right? :) It's cool to hear about all the interesting and rare stuff folks have got, though!! makes me smile to imagine everybody's fabulous goo shrines ;D

i dont really have anything really rare........i have a bootleg from 91....and some other stuff.....but it's newer......so that's not so rare

i haven't met them or even seen a show.....so that stuff wouldn't be a rare item

Several years ago, my kids made me a Goo scrapbook for mother's day. It contains pictures, biographies, and lyrics that were mostly printed out from the internet. But they put it together in a nice little binder. Since then I have added some additional items, but I don't really keep up on it. I still have it tucked away, it was a really nice and thoughtful gift.

In terms of money, my goo stuff ain't worth a cent, but in terms of sentimental value, all my cds and pictures I cut from magazines and bootlegs I bought off ebay are absolutely priceless!!!

now i want to kno, who won the poster on ebay and beat my by 25 CENTS! and go the 1987 promo poster singed by the three original memebers, but johns sig. was bubble letters, mike scratched his through the paper, and robby scribbled.....

man, i was so upset when i lost that...ended up at like $181.25

WOW !!! Y'all got it BAD. I don't have anything rare but my most coveted item is a WB promo signed photograph...pretty cool though. For those of you who have been face to face with these guys, do you know how lucky you are? I'd give anything. And by the way I've been wanting a guitar pick and it looks like to me Johnny uses blue and Robby uses green. Am I right?

All my cds all my pics I've saved on comp. My homemade cds are my favs, cuz they have rarity's. I actually find I listen to them more than the others. My LIA is a fav. It is the two things in life my soul screams for ...Alaska and Goo.

I've been collecting Goo memorabilia for a very long time, so my whole house is one big Goo shrine. It's all equally "rare" and special to me, and I would never sell any of it. :-/

I won quite a few things from the old "Daily Goo" too. Stuff like that means a lot to me. :D
