just venting here...

my daughter has been trying to participate on another board in MFC's circuit (de soeli �::) )... �i won't mention what board or what band... but you know... a person's age and the fact that they're a new fan just shouldn't matter and be the motivator for routine picking.. :bomb: �what ever happened to a fan just being a fan? young and old... new and old... who cares? i doubt a band is pissing and moaning over who their fans are. �find a new hobby, ya know? � ::) �she's choosing to ignore them all, but i'm a mama... grrrr � :Eva:

i appreciate this band's fans more and more... you rarely see that with them... everywhere. �we all usually manage to hang together and take care of each other. �:-* :-*

Sorry to hear about what your daughter is going through Eva. I have a teen Daughter too, and I can truly relate! It's tough being the Mom when stuff like that happens. :whip:

I totally know what you mean. I think the Goo Goo Dolls fans are much more open and friendly than most other groups, for whatever reason.

Yeah... Goo fans are definitely great. And, the guys are supportive of all their fans too.

Sorry to hear that, Eva...but people can be jerks sometimes :-/ glad to hear she's ignoring it and doing her own thing anyway :D

Without getting all mushy...since I came here I've been absolutely blown away by how nice everyone is. Goo fans are so willing to help out other Goo fans...the amount of people who have offered to get me stuff that I dn't have access to 'cause of being in the UK is just phenomenal...all you people who sent me stuff and gave me rare files... :-* I love you!

I try to pass along the niceness myself. So it's a case of what goes around comes around.. Because everyone been so nice to me I'm nice to other Goo fans. 'cause, you know, we're Goo fans and that's what we do! ;D

I've never met any group of fans who are so darn nice. So like John says, Give yourselves some LOVE! :P

yeah... she's kinda my opposite... i'd be goin bitch all over their ass if it was me lol

and you know... i tried to find her another board that was more her age group and all... even this band's main board is like that :-/

some goo fans go a little whack over John, but they never bag on each other over how long they've been a fan and all :P

joelage... it's not as bad as some make it out to be. if you participate with them and keep an eye on them... educate them... they're ok.

Good for her; sounds like she's got spunk!

I remember the first Goo concert I went to there were all different kinds of people. When I saw kids and senior citizens in the audience, I knew this bunch was very diverse. Kinda cool.
