have you guys heard of the band Collective Soul? They're a really great alternative rock band and have been around since the 90s. i just heard that they have a new album coming out called Afterwords with their feature song "hollywood." i checked out their myspace page and it says that their album is sold at target and itunes of course. i'm really into this band right now, i listen to their music at work at umg all the time. their myspace page has some cool links if you want to check them out.

Collective Soul is one of my favourite bands.
Actually right now, their song "How Do You Love" is on the radio. :)

I have heard of them, yes. I only know what song, but I like it....

I about had a heart attack the first time I heard it, beause I listen to a hard rock station, the sort of sation that I'd love to call in and ask to play something like Long Way Down, but I KNOW I would be laughed at, and I thought it was Iris! And actually, ignoring the vocal part, the music is very much like Iris....And there's a shot towards the end of the video where the man the video focuses on that reminds me of a shot just before Nicolas Cage "falls" in City of Angels!!

Really, I haven't heard that song yet. But I live in Los Angeles and they were on Star 98.7 for the Star Lounge.
