READ PIANO TABS! I don't understand them. Does anyone? And if so, can you explain it to me? :D

Geez, I used to sight-read for piano, but I don't think I ever used piano tabs.
I found a website that tries to explain how to read tabs. Maybe you can figure it out from there, Forbes.
