Woohoo for the new season starting! This one looks good.

Question though....are Christian and Sean brothers or half-brothers or something? I don't know where I got this idea but I swear there was an episode last season where they mentioned it. Maybe they were being metaphoric?

I was so excited for the show to come back. I can't wait to see what kind of craziness they come up with this season. The previews that they show make me wish it was Tuesday every day!!

Yeah, that episode was crazy; her poor baby!

My roommate watched it with me and she was a first-time viewer. Obviously she wasn't familiar with the content - Christian and the mother and daughter - "OH MY GOD! What kind of show is this???" I was like the kind rated M...you're gonna see a lot of butts.

I told her the storylines from past seasons and her jaw dropped. But she tells me she is hooked :)

The advertisers aren't kidding when they call this show 'provacative'. It often makes my jaw drop and wonder how they can get away with it.....but I'm glad they can.

i haven't seen that preview, but now i can't wait until tonight! sometimes i like Kimber, other times she gets on my nerves. . .although she didn't deserve what she got last season. felt sorry for the poor little thing. . .and Christian even more cuz she broke his little heart. . .i'd console him though. . . ;D

i've got my fingers crossed for Matt. �he was giving me a headache last season. . .now with the pounding at a dull ache, Christian's story line is revving up my headache again! �don't know where they're going with that one. . .:dunno:

I'd really like to know why they chose Scientology for Kimber....that struck me as a little odd. Not sure how I feel about the direction they're pushing Matt in. And I don't think I'm going to be too fond of Christian right for a while.

What did you guys think of the guy coming out of the bathroom naked? I had a feeling that's why he went in there....the things this show gets away with just amaze me more and more each week!!

I did not see the Scientology thing coming. And the dude coming naked out of the bathroom....I figured something was up but I didn't think he'd move that fast!

Is it me or does Matt look a lot older....I mean I know he's like 29 or something in real life, but now he looks 29, not 17 like he's supposed to look on the show.

And...I just looked his bio up and saw he was born in Louisville, KY. I definitely heard a hint of a Southern accent in the episode. I wonder if he has to work to remember not to talk with a drawl?

He just seems so different already from last season....which I'm hoping is a good thing.

I'm excited that Christian might start kissing boys this season...hot ones, I hope.

And I think it's just hilarious that Matt is now into Scientology. It fits the pattern of the previous 3 seasons: First Eva, then the Aryan Nation. The writers were probably thinking: Hmmm what's a step higher on the crazy ladder from white supremecists? Why, Scientology of course.
...N/T is pretty ballsy...the Church of Scientology sues organizations for mentioning it in passing...

I'm really looking forward to the season. Can't believe it's the 4th one! And it still hasn't stopped shocking me.

:o :o :o I had NO idea they were dating. Wow that does make it crazy.

Have you ever heard Julia speak when she's not acting? She's from England. I had no idea who she was when I first started watching the show and then saw an interview with her and she had an English accent. It just surprised me because she speaks such a good American accent that I never suspected otherwise.

naked Mario Lopez + shower = heavenly! I was amazed by that whole scene! :P

But yes...that was by far the FREAKIEST episode I have ever seen. Could you imagine being Melissa Gilbert, getting the script, going, "Ok, so I do what with the peanut butter? Ok...yeah.."

So what did you all think of the show last night? I certainly didn't see the organ theft plot coming. I thought they were just regular 'escorts'. That was an interesting twist.

I love Rosie O'Donnell so I was glad to see her on the show. However, her character wasn't very likeable. But it was a good plot to show that money doesn't make a person. Love this show!

Ohhhh my gosh; last night's episode was SO GOOD!!!

I thought Rosie was hilarious..."Do you have any Mac and cheese? Cause if you don't, I.......SHUT UP!" hahaha.

I loved the twist at the end about the escort/kidney thing. WOW.

I wonder when Scientologists are going to sue the show for making them look like a cult..... ::)

Every week this show continues to shock me...especially now with the organ theft...

I was afraid he was going to sell the car to pay for the Scientology. The sad part is, even if he were to sell it, he would still have barely enough to get "Clear."

Oh my god....last night's episode was crazy!!! I still am in total shock that Monica got hit by a bus and was killed. I just love the tattooed guy that Shawn is hearing in his head....I miss that guy! And the whole thing with the psychiatrist and her tattoo....woah. Every episode keeps getting better and better!!!!

ok. the ear mouse. how funny was that? rosie cracks me up. I thought she might be annoying on the show �but she was funny again!

But when they showed the ear-jacking...um..yeah.... GROSS.

It was so nice when she gave Liz her kidney too... "A perfect 6 out of 6, just like my power ball ticket. I guess lightening really can strike twice." And Christian - "Especially when it has such a large target. " haahahahaha.

oooo but what Christian did to Kimber.. OOOOO that was EVIL. Although her sleeping with Matt is totally weird, I can't say I blame her.

EDIT: oh yeah...for my Communication and Gender class we have to do a media analysis. I'm leading a group and we're going to analyze portrayals of women and men in Nip/Tuck. So cool! Now I HAVE to watch the show - for school :)

i actually like Rosie's character now. . .at first she was annoying, but now she makes me laugh. i heard on the radio that they are thinking of giving her a spin-off show, i'd watch it. . .all in all i thought it was a pretty good show and Christian was a total ass to Kimber. . .and usually i don't care about Kimber, cuz she gets on my nerves. . .but that was just cold. next week looks pretty cool. . . ;D

This week's episode was so good. This show seems to top itself each week.

haha, we were like "Matt is married to Kimber who used to date Christian who is Matt's actual father but now Matt has fathered Kimber's child. Oh and James and Michelle steal kidneys. Yep."

This show never ceases to amaze me. I still can't believe that James took all of Reefer's organs the way she did. I have a feeling that something big is going to happen in the next two episodes....and I don't want to have to wait until next fall to find out the outcome!!!

The twist with Escobar was so unexpected. I hate that next week is already the season finale. And WTF are they doing to Sean's character? They've taken everything away...and now he wants Christian & Michelle to buy him out? I am so not happy about this!

What was that crap that I watched last night? There were more commercials than anything else. And the storyline was nearly pointless. I'm so disappointed in how the season ended. No big buildup ending....just "hey, we're in hollywood now"....LAME!!!

it was pretty good. . .them lip syncing was kinda weird, but in a cool sorta way. . .although i did think the ending was so much better than those shades Christian had on. *ack, gag* and it was kinda like they threw all these plotlines all together. one line explained away everything. . .it was good, but i was disappointed. . .

i'm excited about the Eddie Izzard show though. . .looks interesting. . . ;D

This whole season has been boring to me. It used to be so cutting edge.

I thought the lip synching was way weird. I thought the song fit nicely but the characters singing it was just hokey.

I hope next year they get their edge back.

Yeah, I kept raving to my roommate about the show's greatness but this was by far the weakest season. She never really got into it like I thought she would.

The only "ohmygod" part I saw was when Escobar's wife shot him. But yeah...the ending wasn't jaw-dropping like the 2nd or 3rd season.

Unfortunately I see this pattern with a lot of shows....the 2nd and 3rd seasons rock; the 4th is ok, and then it's kind of downhill from there. I hope it doesn't happen with this show.
