I just saw this somewhere else like half an hour ago.

I'm so sad for his wife and kids.

I only just found out this morning. I'm so shocked and devestated. He had such a passion for the crazy things he did. And of all the crazy things he's done, this had to kill him. I'm so sad for his wife and kids too. :(

this is so sad. �even though i thought he was crazy....i always enjoyed his shows. :'(

:o I was totally shocked to see the headline before I went to bed late last night. How devastating for his family.

I was just reading this - I can't believe it.

So sad... :( At least he died doing what he loved.

I heard about this at college today, I'm just so shocked I thought that guy was invincible. Deepest sympathies to his family :'(

I couldn't beleive it when I saw this on the news, he was such a enthusiastic teacher of wildlife conservation. AND, he made it interesting for kids to watch too. Of all the things to kill him, it just sucks for everybody, but especially his little ones. But at least they can know him through videos of his adventures. :'(

It's a rare way to die, for sure.
