The fact that last week, I met my idol..

Andrew McMahon (Something Corporate/Jack's Mannequin)..don't get me wrong..I still absolutely adore ggds..but this is a different kind of adore..more like admiration..this guy is 23..was diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia last year..beat it..and is now touring..and raising money/awareness for Leukemia..plus..he might be the nicest guy I've ever met..but I just wanted to share my joy that I actually got to meet him! And talk to him for a good 10 minutes..neat huh?!

I look rather gross..but here's the picture!

That's terrific! It's so nice when you get to have such a positive experience with someone you greatly admire. Thanks for sharing that and your picture is great.

He sounds pretty legendary, to get through that is pretty terrific. Really cool that you met him, awesome pic too! :)

yeah..he's 23..22 when he was diagnosed..and omg you guys..he is truly amazing..I can't tell you how much I look up to this guy..and to meet him!? I just about died right there (not to sound like a giddy school girl lol)..but I've just admired him for a long time..and it was completely surreal
