My other favorite artist Keith Urban married Nicole Kidman in the wee hours in Sydney this morning. Here's the official photo they released. What a stunning picture. Awwwwwww.......

wow! what a great pic! i was looking all over the net for it and just found her. thanks for posting it shannon!

he is so cute! and was fabulous when i saw him last month at jazz fest! he showed much love to the crowd and wore a t-shirt that's pretty big here right now (make levees not war). not many people are willing to do that!

she's worth 150 million dollars lol i'd say a prenup is definately in order lol i dont know if all that was "said" in the prenup is true but i just hope it all works out.

He, too, is worth a pretty penny!!! If he were a "nobody" I'd say it would be "in order" then...

I heard on the radio today the pre-nup was a rumor anyway.

I had heard originally that all her family was really upset with her because she wouldn't make him sign a prenup. And then right before the wedding the rumors of her making him sign one with that ridiculous clause just makes me think what I heard originally was true. Reality is that we'll probably never know exactly.

I'm just really excited for them. I'm such a huge fan of his and he's so happy he's glowing right now....it's hard not to be excited for him. And, I've always liked her. She just has a very regal quality to her. And you can tell she's just over the moon for him. He's waited a long time for this and had a ton of heartbreak. I'm just so excited!!!!!

Those are really nice pics.... i really like Nicole too....
As an actress she's great.... I really enjoyed her in Cold Mountain and The Others.... not to mention all the others she's been in. I hope they do make it. A prenup is definitly in order, they both need to protect their investments. They've worked equally hard for what they have and should protect it.
She looks beautiful I LOVE the white roses. And he looks very handsome as usual. they are both glowing �:)

This is all I know about the prenup - "Kidman, who's net worth is estimated around $150 million, has had Urban sign "a lowball prenup that guarantees him a kiss-off of just over $600,000 a year for every year they are together, according to press reports in Australia and England.
In addition, there's a clause that allows her to bail without giving Urban, an ex-cocaine addict, a cent if he uses illegal narcotics or boozes excessively."

shannon does it bother you as much as it does me to keep reading in every freaking headline how he used to use coke? good freaking grief you'd think no one else int he world has ever used drugs. (now i'm not condoning it but good gravy already)

Yeah it bothers me but that's the only thing negative they can find about him to print so they've got to keep re-circulating it.....it makes good news you know >:(

Having been a fan as long as I have now I know he's got a good grip on his demons and has a super attitude about life past/present/future, as well as a terrific work ethic. I definitely think he learned from his mistakes and knows how to avoid going down that road again.

I did see the terms of that supposed prenup and I'm not sure that I completely believe it about the escape clause. Like I said before .... earlier in the week prior to their marriage it was reported Nicole didn't make him sign one at all. So it's hard to know for sure. But it seems pretty cruel and humiliating to include the escape clause in there ... especially when drugs haven't been an issue with him for years. But like Christian said ... lawyers certainly get in the way of love.

I am a really big fan of Keith, but I've never been real fond of Nicole. I just want him to be happy. Shannon said it so perfectly. Keith dealt with his demons long ago, but that's all the press has to use against him! It's pretty pathetic, to be honest! I know nothing about a prenup, but I would guess to say both had something drawn up, most likely not of their own choosing. Not out of distrust, but both stand to lose quite a bit without something in writing should things go wrong. I still think Keith should have married me, but oh well! >:( LOL! ;D Seriously, It's really refreshing to see him so happy, glowing, and in love. He has suffered so much heartbreak. I just want the best for him, and Nicole seems to be just that. I wish them nothing but complete happiness! :love:
