TV highlights for Sept. 15, 2010
Farewell, sweet summer television. You were so mindless, yet delightful . . . for the most part. Before we march full steam ahead into fall TV, here's a look at several shows wrapping up tonight:
"America's Got Talent" (NBC at  : After a long summer, the competition finally names a winner, which will either be 10-year-old soprano Jackie Evancho, performer Prince Poppycock, singer Michael Grimm or Blacksburg, Va.-based performance group Fighting Gravity. But first! A slew of performances from non-amateurs, including Usher, Donna Summer, David Copperfield and the Goo Goo Dolls.

I got home late and was afraid I'd missed the Goos. I just saw the little girl Jackie sing. She is AMAZING! I'd heard how good she is but I'd never heard her sing before. Wow ... just wow.

Great video...not sure what people are complaining about? I think they should do more performances like this so that they can advertise as much songs as possible.

People in the comments are saying that John had nodes, which I never knew about - and I don't really believe. John has never sounded like he has had nodes, it's also really hard for male singers to get nodes.

I'm not too familiar with nodes and google it. What I can say is that something is happening to John's voice and not for the better. I'm not surprised if his singing career ends because of it.
If he can speak, then I'm happy he's okay.
