Whatever happened to?

Long time Goos fan, I used to post a lot here from around 2002-2005. I also used to post over at a board run by Robin called "It's All Goo." With the upcoming album release and tour and the excitement surrounding that, I decided to check back into the Goo message board scene. I'm thrilled to see World of Goo is still alive and kicking. I tried to check out "It's All Goo" but it appears that board is no more. Anyone know what happened to it?

Yes. Robin decided to shut it down. It was becoming too much for her to manage. I still miss her board. I was hoping she'd pop in over here once in awhile but I haven't seen her since her board shut down. Welcome back!

Yeah, when I looked at the board here today, I saw your name and thought to myself...blast from the past! Welcome back, AirHej. I miss Robin's board too.

I believe most of the hardcore fans were fans of a aboynamedgoo, superstarcarwash era. I just come back here cuz i'm hoping they got one song that is awesome...but i'm so scared there might not be one.

| Same here. I was really disappointed with LLI. I tried to enjoy the album, but I find myself never listening to anything from it. I'm hoping that the new album will have a few solid tracks. From what I've seen on the set lists from the shows this spring, they appear to be playing a lot of older songs and only a few from the new album. I'm hoping that stays the same even after the album is released. Ohhh yeah, and thanks for the update about Robin's board everyone.

Welcome back AirHej! And its nice to see you around too Joel. I was never at It's All Goo. I only ever did WOG and AG, and since I am the head of the Goo Goo Dolls Street Team for the Atlantic Provinces of Canada (I am EXTREMELY busy with that title), I am also a part of Heather's board too, but I don't really post there.
