"ProTools is like a word processor for music," Takac explained. "You can move stuff around and move beats around and line things up. Sometimes, in the quest for a tight performance, you edit the groove out of stuff. You edit what makes the band unique out of it. "I think we found we definitely did it on ['Let Love In.'] AND THE LLI HATE BEGINS!!! PARTY TIME!!!

I actually find it really weird that they admitted to it. There was some amazing stuff that came off of LLI though, don't be denying it.

I fully expected them to admit to it. It was just a matter of when. FR and Jed - repeatedly hate on them SSCW - called it too polished while promoting ABNG DUTG - said 'the balls got cut off' while promoting GF GF - said lots of bad things about it while promoting LLI and now (and rightfully so) LLI gets hated on. And no. While I have gotten to a place where I can almost tolerate parts of LLI, there is absolutely nothing on it that I would call amazing.

Which parts of LLI do you like, exactly? My favorite songs from it are Without You Here, Can't Let It Go. I also still enjoy Stay With You, Become, and Listen. Although that is not as impressive as some of the other albums. I think I've said this before that I LOVE every single song from GutterFlower, by far my favorite album. There are only a few on DUTG that I dislike.

I honestly don't listen to GGD anymore. I barely have any of their music on my iPod and a lot of times I will skip it if a GGD come up on my iTunes. I go through phases where I listen to a few bands a lot for a bit and then I start listening to others. Right now I'm really digging Dispatch, John Butler Trio and Wilco. However going to the concert was so much fun and I realized how much I love the band and their music and I will probably always be a fan. I haven't dedicated myself to any other band like I have for the GGD. I'm so psyched for the new album and the songs are so much better than anything on Let Love In.

HIG is still one of my top songs, but I like Robby's stuff better on LLI and What A Scene's ending annoys me. That said, I have to skip BD and GALB every time. |
| SWY is a great song, I still like the others a lot too. I know what you mean about the ending to What A Scene, I usually restart the song or choose another when it comes to that part, .
