I didn't go but I wish i did. It was just a little too far of a drive. I agree Slave Girl is by far the best song live. It is always the high point of the show and the most fun song to jump around to!

I love when Slave Girl is played Live. One of my favourite songs that Robby has ever sung! I think I live too far unfortunately to go to that concert

| well lemme collect my thoughts best I can...it was really hot and there were alot of mid-day drunken nascar fans, I'm guessing five or six thousand people....the goos started right on time, true to their nature at 4:45...it was a very enthusiastic (mostly young) crowd with way more men than i've ever seen at a goo concert. I don't think everyone there were particularly goo fans as much as they were there for a $15 concert, but everyone really seemed to be getting into their music whether they'd heard it or not John was pretty talkative and smiling alot. He made one comment about a sign someone named "Trish" was holding up, I couldn't see what it said...but John said "Trish, we met earlier today...you're making me feel guilty" or something to that extent. It was funny. Doesn't someone named Trish post here alot or absolute goo? I wondered if it was her... Anyway songs in no particular order: Let Love in, Feel the Silence, Better Days, Slide, Big Machine, Black Balloon, Smash, Tucked Away, January Friend, Slave Girl a new song I don't know the name of but was awesome and the encore was American Girl...omg i almost forgot Cuz your gone/1000 words (another highlight) that's all I can remember It was very good energy and I think they were having a good time performing...john left his shirt on over his tank top the whole time, didn't quite understand that since it was almost 90 degrees...oh and no highlights in his hair, I miss the highlights! Definately worth the drive from dayton! Sherri

Thanks for the review Sherri. It sounds like it was a great show. It's so fun when the crowd is energetic. I think the new song you didn't know was their new single Real. It's only been released in the UK so far. We're still waiting. I'm glad to hear it was great live.

Thanks for the review!! I love it when John is talkative, makes the concert that much better. I'm hoping for when they tour again in Detroit!! I'm anxious now! And I can't wait until 'Real' is released in North America!!
