I really don't think Waiting/Working On a Dream is them. I don't think it sounds like Goo at all.
I didn't know they did Modern Love... when was that?

Same show. Lance came out right before the encore and they did Heartbreak Beat, Modern Love, and Never Take the Place Of Your Man. It was the very last Goo/Lance performance ever. 
The guy who posted the video just asked me to send him the mp3 of Heartbreak Beat and I think he's going to attempt to switch out the audio. So here's the audio track if anyone's interested.
