Well I DVRed it but still have no idea how to get it to the computer. I will say this .... HD tv is unbelievable. The video quality really makes you feel like you're right there. The interview was excellent. You can tell the guys have a long standing, good relationship with Matt Pinfield. It definitely showed in the interview. He had them talk about their career from album to album. They also discussed John writing for movies. Mike talked about how he came to be in the band. It was a real thorough interview with the guys from early career to now. The concert was excellent. John wore the pinstriped suit. The sound was fantastic and the video quality was superb. They played the usual set from the summer. Some of the older favorites they played were Naked, Slavegirl, Big Machine, Cuz You're Gone w/ 1000 Words and Long Way Down. Naked had the newer intro which is different but I like it. They didn't show the encore which I thought was odd because without it the show was only an hour and 20 minutes. The only disappointing thing to me is that because it was filmed later at night you couldn't really see the Red Rocks venue which was what I was really looking forward to seeing after hearing how beautiful it is. They did show some footage of the soundcheck during the interview but not a real good look at the Red Rocks venue itself. It's possible some of that may be added to the DVD. I hope so.

Arrrrgh. So jealous. I've always admired Matt Pinfield for being one of the 4 people on MTV who actually seemed to love music and knew it would be a decent interview. Thanks for the review, Shannon. I think to get it to a computer easily you need to have/do one of the following: - have the USB port enabled
- have a free standing dvd recorder
- have a tuner card in your computer
- mail a VHS copy to me

I have USB port capability. I just don't have the proper USB cables to connect the computer to the DVR. I may try my camera tomorrow but I fear my memory card won't be big enough. This is HD and it takes up a ton of memory. But I will try to see what I can do. I'm going to email the guy who sent me this press release. He mentioned sending me some pictures. I'm going to ask him (beg) for some video clips.

| How are you planning to do this? Do you have an option on your camera to record from a source, or will you just be trying to move the file? If you are moving the file, I don't think a large enough memory card exists and I don't think the file will be able to be transferred in segments. If you can record from the dvr to the camera, you should be able to do it in small segments. It won't be HD anymore, but it should still be excellent quality. (I feel I should clarify that this is for my own curiosity, not challenging your experiment. I love electronics/tech stuff. I'd really like to drive to Detroit and play with it with you. )

My camera also has recording/playback options.....like a small digital camcorder. I should be able to plug it into the DVR via USB and just hit record. That's what I'm going to try anyway. If I do it that way it will definitely be in small segments. I don't have a whole lot of time to play around with this today so if I get to it at all it won't be until later this evening. I got an email response from the guy who sent me this press release. He's asking management if they can get us some video clips. So stay tuned.

| Yes. All Eyes On Me was on the setlist. I don't know how I forgot that one since it's one of my favorites live. I'm still working on getting the pictures. I'm having FTP issues right now but I'm working on it. I attempted to get the data off my DVR via my camera but the menu said "not supported at this time". So that isn't going to work. Sorry.
