Our Hammersmith / VFestival Experience

Hi guys Sorry it's taken so long to post but the last 3 weeks have been pretty difficult. To cut a long story short, we only just made it to the Goo Goo Dolls' Hammersmith Apollo show and only then thanks to being able to swap our standing tickets for seats. The show was amazing and we took a few pictures which we've posted below. Looking back now however, it does all seem a bit of a blur.... our Grandmother very sadly passed away after falling that night and for that reason, and our own health issues which decided to take hold at the same time, we had to forgo our trip to the V Festival. We did however get plenty of concert calls from a very GOOd friend! So, there you have it.... we hope you like the pictures :angel7:

I'm sorry to hear your grandmother passed away and I hope your own health issues have improved and that you're feeling better. Thank you for sharing your pictures. I like the simple lighting and I like seeing the whole band in one picture.

Thanks so much everyone... we definitely feel she is at peace with our Grandad now. Glad you like the photos... we can't believe all the shows are over now. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we'd get to see 13 Goo shows in 15 months!! Just hoping we may get to see this American Band show on UK tv screens at some point - we usually get American idol so fingers crossed. Take care
