GGD on Anderson Cooper 360 on New Year's Eve!

At work today I dubbed CNN promos and one of them is for Anderson Cooper 360. He is doing a live show on New Year's Eve starting at 11pm. Anderson said in the promo musical guests Lionel Richie, The B52s, The Goo Goo Dolls and we'll see whoever else shows up! When he said Goo Goo Dolls there was a flash of video from Stay With You. The Goos will be in Anaheim so I don't know if their performance will be taped or if it will air live via satalite. When I have more details I will post them!!

Hmmmm. Well, the show tapes in NYC, so there's the time difference. I bet the Goos will film during soundcheck for the television airing.
This reminds me that birthday/New Year's is rapidly approaching and I need to make me some plans. Ugh.

I only skimmed an email I got from IM the other day, since I'm not going to the NYE show....but I thought it mentioned something about them picking out a few winners to go into the HOB early (and will have to go back out once it's done to wait in line again) to see their performance for CNN before the show on NYE....can someone else confirm this? Or am I thinking of something completely different?
