Random Hold Me Up observation/question

I'm sitting here listening to HMU right now, and I was just looking at the back cover of the album; and I noticed that below the barcode it says "Made in Germany". (There's also a "GER SPV#" below the barcode; whatever that is.) And I just thought that was kinda odd, since none of my other albums say that, and I don't see why they'd be randomly printing this particular one in Germany. 
So I guess my question would be... is this CD an import or something, or does everybody's say that?
