CELEBRATING their 20th anniversary, punk band the Goo Goo Dolls are returning to the UK for a special set of dates this autumn.
The New York band will take in Cardiff University as part of the nine-date tour in October.
It follows a series of UK shows earlier this year which quickly sold out as fans flocked to see the punk influenced trio.
As the chart-topping act behind hits like Slide, the band will be touring their eighth studio album Let Love In.
After a brief hiatus when singer and guitarist John Rzeznik and bassist Robbie Takac worked on solo projects the band have a new found love for the Goo Goo Dolls.
Takac said, "We said it's time for us now to make a record that we feel is free. We felt it was time to inject something into this that was different."
The band will play Cardiff University on October 12.
