Boston Boat Cruise with the Goos!

Hey everyone,
I just got back from my night on the boat cruise with the Goos!! It was absolutely amazing. Just by donating a few used instruments, we got passes to this special event. In a small room on a boat, i think maybe 75-100 people crowded in to have the Goos play a short 8 song set. They played Broadway, Slide, Better Days, Let Love In, Become, Stay With You, and a few other NEW songs that I cant remember the names of right now haha. They sounded awesome! Robby's hair is looking so awesome with his dreads and rainbow colors (and he rocked out in socks as usual), and Johnny was a jokester as always. Someone threw up a pair of panties, and he rolled them up and put them in his pocket, then made a joke about if he had to go to the hospital no one would take care of him because he has a pair of panties in his pants that say "John" on them LOL. As the boat swayed and rocked, Robby told us how he had quit drinking and he has waited 9 months to feel the "dizzy swaying" feeling LOL. We werent allowed to use flash, but i did take pics so I will try to post when I get them developed (i brought a disposable cuz I didnt want anyone to take my digi). I was about 2 feet from Robby, maybe 4 feet from Johnny. It was a short show, but a taste of whats to come! I cant wait.
Hope everyone is enjoying all the Goo excitement cuz I sure am!

Wow, glad you got to see them! Thanks for sharing.
I'm so jealous of everyone who has heard the new songs, but I don't know how I'd like the boat...

That for sharing that with us. It might have been a short set but it sounds like a good time.

May I ask how u got in? Was it anybody can buy the tickets but you gotta get them quick? You had to have connections?

Nope, no connections. The radio station they did the concert with had a "program".....if you donated a used instrument you got 2 VIP passes...
