Okk, some people think the song sounds like Here is gone or black balloon, it SO sounds like "ALways know where you are" By John/BBMack...

I AGREE! Didn't notice until you said that. BUT, I could also definitely compare it to Here is Gone or Black Balloon as well (especially the way Black Balloon was done in Music in High Places - one of my favorite Goo acoustic guitar intros ever). Just makes me so excited...I love the strong acoustic guitar.

The first time I heard the clip as soon as it got towards the end I thought it resembled Always Know Where You Are. I couldn't be more excited about that. I love that song!

Yeah, it does sound like "Always know where you are" and "black balloon", but I think a lot of songs do sound the same, but we notice it more cuz there's no singing. If you listen to most songs, regardless of its genre, the base is mostly the same.

When I first saw the video, I had the volume on my computer off, and when I turned it on, I thought it actually was Here Is Gone at first. Now that everyone is saying it sounds like Black Balloon and Always Know Where You Are, I'll have to say it sounds like a combination of those three songs.
