Wow cool! The only one's I don't have are Lazy Eye acoustic and Name w/ Left Of The Dial interlude. That would be really cool if someone could upload those. I can only think of one song that isn't on that list and that is King Of The Road, so it's pretty complete.
Shade, you can buy "All I Want Is You" cover of U2. It is on the Les Paul and Friends cd and you can buy it pretty much anywhere. Here is a link to watch JOhn perform Iris with Avril:

Please don't post these on the site. 16,33, and 48 are all on GGD official releases. 37, 44, and 50 are all on recent official releases and easy to find. 51 and 52 are on iTunes for charity. I'm wary about some of the others as well, but they're not so easy to find and buy.

Nope. They never played "It's Over" live.
I do wonder if there's a fake live version floating around though. The fake live version of "All Eyes on Me" from before the GF tour was hilarious.
