Lance Diamond is a lounge singer and still plays in Buffalo. He did a lot with the Goos because he and Robby were neighbors at one time and became good friends. He never went on a full tour with them but was known to perform with them in Buffalo and on some weekend trips to NYC, etc. All of the songs Lance sang with the Goos (exception- Do You Believe in Him?) were cover songs. Saying that Robby sang Lance songs means that Robby would sing like Never Take the Place of Your Man on tour when Lance wasn't around. Other than just being good friends, I think a major reason the Goos did so much with him was that it just made so much sense for a crazy punk rock band to pair up with an older lounge singer. Oh, and Lance really is INCREDIBLE.

Yes, Robby is still friends with Lance. In the bonus section of the LIB dvd, you can see Robby and Lance pointing at a Goo poster.

| I was thinking about that part too. I have searched for Lance cds, but I haven't found any, so I don't think there are any. I would love to see him live. Also, I one time had a clip of Robby singing a song Lance sings on the cd. I think it was Never Take the Place of Your Man. Maybe. Unfortunately, it got deleted.
